The position requires 5+ years of excavator experience and familiarity with multiple heavy machines, with a regular schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM. Pasadena, MD-based contract role with potential extensions.

• Communicate clearly with site supervisors, truck drivers, and team members to coordinate loading activities and meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around loading zones to support safe and efficient operations.

• Good communication skills to coordinate daily tasks and respond to changing site needs.

The environment is production-driven, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork, and you will spend most of your day in or around heavy equipment and trucks in varying weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
