Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair material handling equipment, including forklifts and lifts, while representing the company professionally in customer settings.

You will troubleshoot, gain customer approval for repairs, complete required paperwork, and deliver outstanding service. Must maintain safety, manage a workload, and learn our software for online work orders.

A Service Technician repairs a wide range of material handling equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, utility vehicles, floor care equipment and more.You will act as the point of contact between the company and our customers and represent the company in a professional light as you provide the best in mechanical services and customer service.Specific DutiesActively support, promote and lead safety initiatives. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Work safe at all times and report any unsafe work or work environments to management.Troubleshooting customer equipment problems. Confer with and obtain approval from the customer before making repairsCompleting and submitting all required paperwork.Providing the best possible customer service, including offering additional Wiese services, added-value items and equipment based on potential customer needsManaging your workload effectivelyQualificationsFor each job, perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.Strong multitasking and time management skills. Able to prioritize your day and self-manage.Ability to lift 50 pounds and crouch/crawl in confined areas.
