Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc is seeking a Service Technician to repair customer’s material handling equipment, including forklifts and aerial lifts. You will be the liaison between the company and customers, delivering professional mechanical and service support.

The role requires a strong safety focus, ability to lift 50 pounds, a reliable driving record, and comfort with heights. You will troubleshoot, perform repairs with customer approval, and document all work orders.

Qualifications

A Service Technician repairs a wide range of material handling equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, utility vehicles, floor care equipment and more.You will act as the point of contact between the company and our customers and represent the company in a professional light as you provide the best in mechanical services and customer service.Specific DutiesActively support, promote and lead safety initiatives. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Work safe at all times and report any unsafe work or work environments to management.Troubleshooting customer equipment problems.
