• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Participation in federally required training or apprenticeship depending on location is preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Actively participates in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and culture.
• Works with tools and executes self-perform work embedded with a crew.
• Learns company standards for building processes and techniques on the job.
