Job summary

Condux International is seeking a Heavy Assembler in Minnesota to assemble and install heavy equipment according to blueprints and torque specifications, while ensuring quality and safety. You will support production by maintaining equipment, performing inspections, and upholding a clean, organized work area.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days a week.
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Operate manual and hand-powered tools safely.
• Communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install complex and heavy equipment per blueprints, drawings, torque specs, and instructions.
• Operate manual tools, lifting devices, and material handling equipment.
• Perform daily inspections to verify specifications and quality.
• Maintain equipment and complete required process, quality, and safety checks.
• Identify issues and provide feedback to supervisor/engineering for improvements.
• Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences per policy.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
