Job summary

Condux International Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Heavy Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, install, and verify heavy equipment according to blueprints and torque specs, maintaining quality and safety standards while working with hand tools and lifting devices.

The role requires good mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints, and the stamina for long shifts. Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and assist with team lifts for heavier items.
• Able to stand and perform physical work 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days per week.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install complex and heavy equipment per blueprints, drawings, torque specs, and written instructions.
• Operate manual tools and material handling equipment required for heavy assembly tasks.
• Perform daily inspections to verify product fit, form, and function meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and complete required process, quality, and safety checks.
• Identify assembly issues and communicate feedback to supervisor or engineering team for improvement or revision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support safety standards and production efficiency.
