Job summary

Condux International in Mankato, Minnesota is looking for a Saw / Fabrication operator responsible for setting up and operating saws and related equipment per blueprints. The role includes ensuring materials meet specifications and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical endurance to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to operate hand tools and equipment. Occasional overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work approved overtime and weekend hours.
• Ability to operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate saws and fabrication equipment according to blueprints.
• Perform daily inspections and basic quality checks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.

Skills

Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hours per day

Ability to use manual and hand-powered tools

Basic arithmetic skills

Ability to communicate instructions in English
