Job summary

Condux International Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Material Handler to support manufacturing and warehouse operations by receiving, storing, transporting, and issuing materials for production and customer orders.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, move items with pallet jacks and forklifts, and collaborate with production, planning, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety standards.

This hourly position offers overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand and perform physical work 8–10 hours daily, 5 days weekly.
• Operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
• Basic arithmetic and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; navigate systems with minimal training.
• English communication, verbal and written.
• Move throughout the facility unassisted.
• Collaborate with all levels of employees; strong work ethic.
• Willingness for overtime and weekend hours.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Print, review, and maintain daily pick lists and inventory records.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and finished goods.
• Pick, issue, and stage materials to support production orders.
• Transport materials to designated areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow processes to ensure accuracy, traceability, and safety.
• Communicate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse staff.
