Job summary

Condux International in Minnesota is seeking an Assembler to assemble and install products per blueprints and work instructions. You will support production by ensuring products meet quality standards for fit, form, and function while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Daily tasks include assembling with hand tools, inspecting finished parts, and upholding safety policies. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production goals; strong reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand 8–10 hours daily.
• Able to read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Able to communicate in English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install products per blueprints and instructions.
• Operate manual and hand-powered tools to complete tasks.
• Perform daily inspections to verify fit, form, function.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Attend to overtime/weekend duties as needed.
• Complete special projects and other assignments as required.
• Work safely and collaboratively with teammates.
