Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, employees and others to answer questions about repairs and scheduling.
• Support Service Manager and Technicians with daily needs.
• Prepare invoices, open repair orders and reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Determine customer account status and payment needs prior to scheduling work.
• Answer phones, direct calls and take messages.
• Process payments by credit card, cash or charge accounts.
• Maintain filing, inventory and database systems manually or on a computer.
• Estimate, schedule and invoice repairs in a knowledgeable manner.
• Coordinate road call requirements and ensure timely work completion.
• Perform general office duties and basic bookkeeping as needed.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
