Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business or related field.
• Experience in the tire/mechanical service industry is preferred.
• Understanding of billing and invoicing processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Order parts and process returns efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians, customers and vendors regularly.
• Assist in service billing and keep accurate records.
• Follow safety programs and maintain documentation.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close with data accuracy.
