FleetPride, Inc. in Londonderry, NH is seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our team. In this role you’ll support customers, schedule repairs, and keep the shop organized while bridging communication between customers, technicians, and management.

The position offers a Monday–Friday day shift with weekly pay and monthly bonuses, plus robust benefits starting Day One. If you have heavy-duty truck or fleet maintenance exposure and enjoy fast-paced environments, we'd like to talk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer parts or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills.
• Inventory experience or willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help around the shop.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move parts weighing 60+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicating repair estimates and recommendations to customers.
• Providing scheduling and repair-status updates.
• Coordinating with technicians and shop management.
• Helping keep daily shop operations organized.
• Assisting with parts and inventory as needed.

You’ll play an important role in keeping communication flowing between customers, technicians, and the shop team- from estimates and scheduling to repair updates and final details.
