Milea Auto Group is hiring a Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor to join our commercial truck service team in the New York area. This role works with fleet accounts, writes repair orders, documents service concerns, and explains repairs, maintenance, estimates, and recommendations to customers.

You’ll coordinate with technicians, parts, and management to keep repairs moving and customers on the road. Prior trucking industry exposure is required, with advisor/writer experience preferred; training is

Qualifications

• Trucking industry experience is required.
• Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
• Experience in truck service, diesel repair, truck sales, parts, or fleet operations is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Organized and dependable with ability to manage multiple customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders and document service concerns.
• Explain repairs, maintenance, estimates, and recommendations to customers.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, warranty, and management.
• Help keep repairs moving efficiently and customers on the road.
