Truck Service, Inc. is looking for a Service and Parts Advisor to assist with managing service and repair work for heavy-duty vehicles. Responsibilities include creating detailed repair orders, managing parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience, with weekday shifts from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive and/or heavy truck customer service experience preferred.
• Effective time management skills are essential.
• Valid Driver’s License and U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, schedule, and manage service and repair work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Assist with inventory management and customer satisfaction follow-up.
