Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator, Service Advisor, or Truck Service Coordinator preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems and diesel equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with shop management software and estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather detailed information regarding vehicle concerns and repair needs
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and work authorizations
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
• Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates throughout the repair process
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and process invoices
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
• Ensure warranty claims and documentation are completed properly when applicable
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships
• Assist with shop operations and administrative duties as needed
