Job summary

You will respond to roadside calls, assist customers, and perform basic towing and safety tasks as part of a dynamic team. Ideal candidates enjoy active work, have strong communication skills, and can make quick decisions under pressure in varying weather and traffic

Qualifications

• Candidate must reside near their assigned location
• Ability to pass DOT medical exam
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to take a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls in a safe, timely manner and provide roadside assistance
• Communicate with dispatch professionally and provide accurate ETA information
• Perform emergency road service duties such as changing tires, delivering fuel, and minor repairs
• Safe driving and adherence to traffic laws; keep truck clean and maintained
• Vehicle inspections before each shift and reporting damaged equipment
