Mountain Recovery Road Solutions in Colorado is seeking tow truck operators to join our growing team. No experience required; a valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are all you need as we provide training and support.

You will respond to roadside calls, assist with fuel delivery, lockouts, minor repairs, and towing, while keeping safety top of mind and communicating clearly with dispatch. You must stay alert in varying weather and comply with DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate professionally with dispatch.

Responsabilités

• Respond to calls in a safe, timely manner and provide roadside assistance.
• Communicate status and ETA to dispatch accurately.
• Perform tire changes, fuel delivery, and minor roadside repairs.
• Handle lockouts, towing, and scene clean-up while ensuring safety.
• Maintain the vehicle and yard in a clean, organized condition.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and report damaged equipment.
