Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to assist customers with their heavy-duty parts questions and needs, sharing knowledge about features, benefits and warranties. You will operate the cash register and navigate computer and paper catalogs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role values passion for customer care, excellent verbal and written communication, and a willingness to train and learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge/Experience required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn
• Ability to thrive in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS

Is able to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems. Steers toward continuous improvement in store processes and procedures Strives to be winners in professional appearance, attitude, and performance.

Qualifications Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience. ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS Passion for delivering Customer Care Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills Motivated to train and learn. Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment. Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS

Requirement(s) Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $20.00. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
