Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Cincinnati is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional who thrives in a busy retail environment. You will help customers with heavy-duty parts questions, share product knowledge, and ensure accurate checkout using our catalogs and computer systems.

Valid driver's license is required. ASE certification is a plus, and you’ll be part of a team that values customer care, teamwork, and continuous improvement in store processes.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
