Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Oklahoma City is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to help customers with heavy-duty parts needs in a busy store. You will assist customers, share knowledge on parts features and warranty information, and work as part of a high-energy team.

We value a passion for customer care, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn. ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Heavy duty parts knowledge or experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Passion for delivering customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts cataloging/inventory systems is a plus.

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
