Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• High school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary coursework is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate fluently and interact with technicians and service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Order parts with local parts dealers and OEM dealerships.
• Attend to service technicians and service advisors' parts work orders.
• Provide clear ETA and information for special-order parts.
