Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to service customers by phone or in person, providing heavy-duty parts and related products as needed. You will determine parts availability, advise on pricing, and assist with warranties, returns, and special orders.

The role requires strong communication, active listening, and time-management skills. Occasional travel to customer sites may be necessary, and basic Windows software proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; heavy-duty parts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person; suggest related parts for full service.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts for customers from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers following company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts according to company procedures.
• Process approved credits for returned merchandise and write up charge sales.
• Special order parts on an emergency basis when necessary and appropriate.
• Deliver orders to customers on an infrequent basis as required and travel to customer locations for assistance.
