Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post secondary education or coursework desired.
• Parts-provisioning experience in automotive repair environment.
• Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms).
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Order parts with local parts dealers and OEM Dealerships.
• Attend to service technicians and service advisor's parts work orders.
• Provide clear ETA and information for special-order parts.
• Ensure special orders are promptly received and communicated to customers.
• Secure return parts, tag and sort, and promptly return to source.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts storage area and work in a team.
