FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a sales associate to assist customers with heavy-duty parts by phone or in person. You will locate parts, quote prices, manage warranties, process credits, and place special orders as needed to meet customer needs and maintain storefront organization.

The role emphasizes attentive listening, clear communication, reliable time management, persuasive selling, and a service-oriented approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in sales preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales; heavy-duty parts sales preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows XP; Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Help determine and obtain heavy duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Locate and obtain ordered part from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per company procedures.
• Process approved credits for returned merchandise.
• Special order parts on an emergency basis when needed.
• Answer questions about products, prices and availability.
• Provide customers with current product catalogs.
• Maintain clean, organized counter area and attractive displays.
