Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a counter parts sales associate to assist customers by phone or in person, locating and pricing heavy-duty parts, and ensuring accurate order processing.

The role requires strong service orientation, good communication, and at least 2 years of sales experience in the heavy-duty sector. Proficiency with Windows-based tools is expected, and training will be provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in sales, preferably selling heavy‑duty automotive parts.
• Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers according to company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per policy.
• Train new counter parts sales representatives on procedures and selling methods.
