Job summary

Renewyx LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll set up contracts, cost codes and submittals, monitor production and crew hours, and manage equipment in HeavyJob.

Travel ~25% between office and field, with DOT/public agency projects in IL/MO and budgets from $500K to $50M managed. Collaborate with operations leadership and the accounting team, handle change orders, T&M and force account work with Resident

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience in heavy civil or transportation construction.
• Experience with billing, pay estimates, change orders and force account work on DOT or public agency projects.
• Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyJob.
• Viewpoint for invoicing and cost tracking.
• GPS layout and drone work (Part 107).
• An understanding of estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through close-out: setting up contracts, cost codes and submittals.
• Monitor production, crew hours and equipment in HeavyJob.
• Support superintendents on site.
• Manage change orders, T&M and force account work with Resident Engineers.
• Prepare pay estimates, approve vendor invoices and forecast project financials.
