Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for heavy civil construction. The role focuses on overseeing project direction, cost control, safety, and schedule adherence while coordinating with owners, subs, and internal teams.

The position requires strong PM background, on-site leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry Project Management experience on on-site projects over $20M+.
• Experience using P6 scheduling software, MS Office, financial software and/or PM software.
• Must have PM experience running multiple projects at one time.
• Has managed multiple site projects and led project teams to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, training, and mentoring the PE staff.
• Assist and advise on workforce management, contracting strategies, and financial management.
• Assist in developing new business opportunities and foster owner relationships.
• Authority on contract between Owner, GC, etc. and Company for project administration.
• Responsible for all aspects of contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, safety and staff development.
• Collaboratively aid in drafting and executing subcontracts and purchase orders.
