Metric Geo is seeking a DOT / heavy civil Project Manager to lead transportation projects in Missouri from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with field teams and superintendents to deliver on schedule and budget.

You’ll own the project from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, and DOT representatives while managing contracts, change orders, forecasting, and documentation to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• DOT, roadway, bridge or transportation experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling and cost control.

I’m working with a well-established, employee-owned heavy civil contractor that is growing its transportation operation in Missouri.

They’re looking for a DOT Project Manager who knows how to run heavy civil work and wants to have a real say in the success of their projects.

This isn’t a desk-only PM role. You’ll work closely with the Superintendent and field team, owning the project from preconstruction through closeout.
