Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a DOT / heavy civil Project Manager to lead transportation projects in Missouri from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with field teams and superintendents to deliver on schedule and budget.

You’ll own the project from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, and DOT representatives while managing contracts, change orders, forecasting, and documentation to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• DOT, roadway, bridge or transportation experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage DOT / heavy civil projects from start to finish.
• Own project schedule, budget, cost control and overall performance.
• Work directly with Superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors and DOT representatives.
• Handle contracts, change orders, forecasting and project documentation.
