Renewyx LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll set up contracts, cost codes and submittals, monitor production and crew hours, and manage equipment in HeavyJob.

Travel ~25% between office and field, with DOT/public agency projects in IL/MO and budgets from $500K to $50M managed. Collaborate with operations leadership and the accounting team, handle change orders, T&M and force account work with Resident

Formación

• At least 3 years of project management experience in heavy civil or transportation construction.
• Experience with billing, pay estimates, change orders and force account work on DOT or public agency projects.
• Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyJob.
• Viewpoint for invoicing and cost tracking.
• GPS layout and drone work (Part 107).
• An understanding of estimating.

Heavy Civil PM | St Louis, MO | Up to 150k

Renewyx have partnered with a family-owned heavy civil and transportation contractor in the St. Louis metro to appoint a Project Manager.

The business delivers state DOT and public agency projects across Illinois and Missouri, from $500K to $50M, and the Project Manager works closely with operations leadership and the accounting team.

You’ll lead projects from preconstruction through close-out: setting up contracts, cost codes and submittals, monitoring production, crew hours and equipment in HeavyJob, and supporting superintendents on site. You’ll manage change orders, T&M and force account work with Resident Engineers, prepare pay estimates, approve vendor invoices and forecast project financials. The role is split between the office and the field, with around 25% travel as day trips.

• At least 3 years of project management experience in heavy civil or transportation construction
• Experience with billing, pay estimates, change orders and force account work on DOT or public agency projects

• $100,000 to $150,000 base plus discretionary bonus
