Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and heavy-duty repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Complete engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, and complex repairs.
• Clearly communicate with Service Advisors and colleagues to support workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• Ford Certified Technician (preferred)
• 3–4+ years of dealer‑level technician experience
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
• Heavy‑duty / heavy‑line repair experience (engine, transmission, driveline)
• Ability to consistently maintain 85%+ productivity/efficiency
• Results‑oriented, reliable, and team‑focused
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform advanced diagnostics and heavy‑duty repairs on Ford vehicles
• Complete engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, and complex repair work
• Execute repairs efficiently and accurately per Ford factory and dealership standards
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional safety or service needs
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Dispatch, and Parts to support workflow
• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
• Road test vehicles to ensure repair quality and performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Stay current with Ford training, certifications, and technical bulletins
