Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and heavy-duty repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Complete engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, and complex repairs.
• Clearly communicate with Service Advisors and colleagues to support workflow.

Skills

Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills

Heavy-duty / heavy-line repair experience

Ability to maintain 85%+ productivity

Results-oriented, reliable, team-focused

Education

Ford Certified Technician (preferred)
