Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Heat Treat Processor to ensure correct products are processed through build up and break down, meet production goals, and complete paperwork. You will support production areas with 5S, housekeeping, and material handling to keep lines efficient and safe.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to work well with others in a team environment. Training covers safety, area metrics, and process instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build Up: distribute blades and cassettes to/from build up personnel; track daily production; follow work instructions and area metrics; maintain clean, organized work area; train others in the area; adhere to safety requirements; practice 5S.
• Break Down: pull samples from each load per plan; document and deliver to quality lab; track daily production via weigh scale; distribute materials; follow instructions; keep area clean; train others; follow safety rules; practice 5S.

To learn more about our story click HERE.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:The Heat Treat Processor will ensure the correct products are being processed through build up and break down and that production goals are met, complete all associated paperwork, and will assist the production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, cleaning equipment, and other assignments.
