Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Associate Manager to lead manufacturing teams, ensuring production meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while mentoring staff.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate scheduling, and partner with HR to manage personnel and resource needs in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams to meet production schedules with safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Orient, train, motivate, counsel and assist team members on work instructions and standards.
• Manage HR functions: attendance, evaluations, and counseling; coordinate with HR on personnel issues.
• Oversee production planning, quality, material flow, and equipment maintenance.
• Audit quality and safety reports and implement corrective actions.
• Develop cost-saving projects and budget forecasts.
• Assist with job packets, documentation, and NPDS projects.
• Contribute to budgets and forecast integration.

To learn more about our story click HERE .The Associate Manager is responsible for multiple areas of manufacturing; knowing and implementing all policies and procedures, mentoring and developing the staff, and ensuring all policies and procedures are met.
