To learn more about our story click HERE.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCNC troubleshooting drives, motorsMachine repairTroubleshoot and correct setups, tooling and malfunctionsOperate the personnel liftsOperate forkliftsPerform repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guardsFabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and PlexiglasBuild or fabricate devices to improve quality and productionUse hand and power toolsMove equipmentPlumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering, maintenance and inventory supply check in / out using CMMS systemLookup MRO parts using CMMS system, if not available provide all relevant information to clerk, engineer or manager for prompt order of repair parts and rebuild machines as requiredAll non-routine machine maintenance and upkeep machines as requiredEvaluate / repair / replace electrical motors and componentWire machinesInstall new equipment to meet all production needsBasic PLC maintenanceAdhere to all safety requirements in the work areaPractice 6SKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprintsCertified forklift operatorWeldingIndustrial electricity/wiringEducation and Experience Requirements40 semester hours of industrial trade training or 5 years general maintenance experienceQualified electrician and basic electronicsWe provide these great perks and benefits:Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans.Generous 401 (K) savings plan.Education assistance.On-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee service.And many more, check out our benefits site HERE .Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
