Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Team Lead 1 to oversee paint, print, and pack operations in a fast‑paced production environment. You will assign tasks, train staff, and ensure logs and safety procedures are followed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for successful changeovers and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in related departments, with hands‑on experience in assembling and operating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Paint, Print, Pack department preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and coordinate a team in a production setting.
• Comfort with following safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign personnel to workstations and ensure proper training.
• Maintain accurate logs (reject, quality, scrap, stock).
• Verify PPE compliance and provide PPE as needed.
• Coordinate changeovers with teams and support engineering for improvements.
• Lead team meetings and resolve conflicts with the supervisor.
• Support quality department on issues affecting output and safety.
