Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical systems. The role involves troubleshooting CNC drives and motors, operating lifts and forklifts, fabricating parts, and installing equipment to support production goals.

Responsibilities include routine and non-routine maintenance, wiring machines, evaluating components, and ensuring safety practices in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.
• Troubleshoot CNC drives, motors and setups; correct tooling and malfunctions.
• Operate personnel lifts and forklifts; fabricate items from wood, metal or Plexiglas.
• Install and adapt equipment to meet production needs; basic PLC maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools; follow safety procedures and CMMS inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-routine machine maintenance and upkeep as required.
• Evaluate/repair/replace motors and electrical components.
• Wire machines and install new equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety requirements and 5S methodology.
