Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Germany to lead Level 2 technical support, assist Level 1 escalation handling, and train L1 staff while supporting the Germany regional sales growth.

You will work with distributors and installers, delivering on-site and remote trainings, troubleshooting, and collaborating with R&D, product managers, and service partners to position GoodWe as a top Tier 1 service provider in Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in electrical engineering, communication technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support in a technical/engineering environment.
• Fluent German and good English (B2) required.

Responsibilities

• Support Level 1 hotline teams with escalated issues.
• Provide direct technical support to distributors and installers (remote and on-site).
• Train Level 1 teams and collaborate with the Germany regional team.
• Analyse product issues and escalate to Level 3 when needed.
• Conduct customer installation and service training sessions, online and in-person.
• Proactively improve service processes and tools to boost satisfaction.
