Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Service Technician to strengthen our service organization supporting industrial heat pump systems across Europe. You will work hands-on with complex refrigeration and electromechanical systems, supporting customers on-site and remotely throughout the full lifecycle of our products.

Ideal candidates are based in Germany, but we are open to strong candidates in Mikulov, Czech Republic, or remote Denmark, with travel over 50% across Europe and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5 years of experience within industrial refrigeration.
• Fluent English.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time across Europe.
• Solution‑oriented, hands‑on mindset with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Performing service and maintenance work at customer sites across Europe.
• Performing commissioning activities at customer premises.
• Providing remote maintenance and telephone support to customers.
• Training customers on installed systems.
• Assisting in the creation of technical training materials.
• Supporting acceptance tests and trials on the heat pump test bench.
• Assisting in the ongoing development and improvement of products.
