Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Solution Engineer for Germany to support pre-sales activities, train customers, and advise on our heat pump, solar and inverter solutions. You will travel to events, work with distributors and installers, and feed market requirements back to product management and R&D to keep GoodWe ahead of the competition.

The role brings close market exposure, customer interaction and opportunities to contribute to sales growth while building strong customer loyalty across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Business fluent in English and German; other languages a plus.
• Experience in technical support with customer interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities in Germany and advise customers on GoodWe solutions.
• Conduct customer trainings face-to-face and online.
• Represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events.
• Translate market requirements to product management and R&D.
• Ensure feasibility of product solutions and coordinate beta tests.
• Travel to customer sites and events as required.

Your mission

As a Solution Engineer for Germany, you will support our customers in all technical pre-sale activities. You will conduct customer training sessions both face-to-face and online, advise customers on the appropriate GoodWe solutions, and represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events.

This position offers deep technical involvement and the joy of being close to the market and customers. You will play a key role in driving GoodWe’s sales growth and maintaining customer loyalty.

Your main responsibilities

• Supporting and managing GoodWe’s pre-sales activities in Germany.
• Growing customer trust in GoodWe’s solution.
• Promoting GoodWe’s products and increasing the demand from installers to our distributors.
• Ensuring GoodWe’s closeness to the market through customer trainings and distributor events.
• Building up the full knowledge of market requirements for Heat Pump including product specifications, system design requirements, certification requirements, etc.
• Transferring market requirements to product management and R&D to make sure GoodWe remains ahead of competition.
• Ensure feasibility of product solutions before market release, including coordinating and assisting with Beta testing and pilot projects.

Your Profile

• A technical background such a bachelor’s in electrical engineering or similar.
• Previous work experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Business fluent in English and German, other language might be a plus.
• Exposure to Heat Pump, solar, PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus.
• Passion for growth and renewable energies.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to explain complex topics in easy words.
• Willing to travel
