GoodWe is hiring a Service Engineer based in the DACH region to provide Level 2 support to customers and train local hotline teams. You'll engage with distribution and installation partners, ensuring they have the knowledge to offer excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support, ideally in engineering.
• Structured and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support and train the Level 1 hotline to ensure high performance.
• Provide technical support through training, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the DACH regional team and improve service processes.
