Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an extremely motivated HVAC installer to lead an install crew. You’ll remove gas furnaces and install heat pump systems, collaborating with engineering to improve products and streamline the install process.

We value proven install experience, with NATE and Section 608 certifications preferred, plus BPI. This in-person role offers relocation support (up to $5,000) and a competitive pay rate of $43–$48 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an install team member and team lead.
HVAC NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
BPI certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the Denver area.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communications and customer service skills.
Follows OSHA Electrical Standard.
Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard.

Responsibilities

Install new heat pump systems
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality
Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Train team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures
