Job summary

Jetson Home in Denver is seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead an install crew and drive home electrification projects. You will remove gas furnaces and install heat pump systems, collaborating with engineering teams to streamline install processes and improve products.

The role requires deep residential install experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. Relocation to Denver is provided, with comprehensive benefits including healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an install team member and team lead.
HVAC NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
BPI certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the Denver area.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communications and customer service skills.
Follows OSHA Electrical Standard.
Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard.

Responsibilities

Install new heat pump systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters.
Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
Train team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures.
