Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Clinical Account Representative (CAR) to support the growth and adoption of a remote monitoring solution for heart failure patients. This field-based role blends clinical expertise, account management, education, and commercial execution to help healthcare providers optimize patient care.

You will partner with physicians, heart failure clinics, and healthcare leaders to drive utilization, deliver demonstrations, and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Strong consultative selling with goal attainment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for established, high-volume accounts and ensure onboarding and monitoring workflows.
• Achieve assigned sales and utilization goals within designated accounts.
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans focused on account growth and utilization.
• Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance, identify barriers, and uncover opportunities for expansion.
• Deliver product demonstrations and educational presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate market insights.
