Qualifications
- MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
- Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state registrations.
Responsabilités
- Provide comprehensive heart failure management across inpatient consult services and outpatient clinics.
- Diagnose and treat advanced heart failure including GDMT and complex cardiomyopathies.
- Manage outpatient therapies and remote monitoring to prevent decompensation.
- Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography and invasive procedures as needed.
- Lead and guide Heart Failure APPs (NPs/PAs) within a collaborative team.
