Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) in Indiana for a full-time, permanent role. The position covers inpatient consults and outpatient clinics with GDMT-focused care and advanced heart failure management.

The role offers a target compensation of $550,000–$650,000+ base, with RVU incentives, sign-on options, and relocation support. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Fellowship training or specialization in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
• Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state registrations.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive heart failure management across inpatient consults and outpatient clinics.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies and advanced heart failure with GDMT.
• Manage outpatient IV diuretics and remote hemodynamic monitoring to prevent decompensation.
• Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography and nuclear imaging.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure APPs within a collaborative model.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Cardiac Rehab, Dietitians and Social Work.
• Lead initiatives on readmission reduction, GDMT optimization, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with general cardiologists, PCPs, and hospitalists to streamline referrals.
