Accounting Search is seeking a Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) for a full-time, permanent role in Indiana. The position offers a target base salary of $550,000–$650,000 plus wRVU incentives and a negotiable sign-on bonus, with relocation options.

The role combines inpatient and outpatient heart failure management, GDMT optimization, remote monitoring, and collaboration with Structural Heart and EP teams. A state license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure
• Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state controlled substance registrations

Responsabilités

• Inpatient & outpatient heart failure management across services.
• Diagnose and treat complex heart failure including GDMT.
• Manage outpatient therapies and remote monitoring to prevent decompensation.
• Perform echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and right heart catheterizations.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure APPs.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Rehab, Palliative, Dietitian and Social Work.
• Lead initiatives on readmission reduction and GDMT optimization.
• Engage referral networks to streamline pathways.
