Genie Matthews and Associates in Indiana is seeking a Cardiology Heart Failure Specialist to join our dedicated team. This full-time role focuses on advanced heart failure management, inpatient and outpatient care, and leadership of care pathways.

The ideal candidate holds an MD/DO with cardiology fellowship, has board certification, and a license to practice in Indiana. Competitive compensation includes base salary 550k–650k with RVU incentives, sign-on options, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship
• Fellowship training or specialized focus in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure
• Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state registrations

Responsabilidades

• Inpatient & outpatient clinical care for heart failure
• Advanced heart failure management including GDMT and complex therapies
• Remote monitoring and outpatient therapies including IV diuresis
• Diagnostic workups: echocardiography, nuclear imaging, right heart catheterizations
• Clinical leadership for Heart Failure APPs (NPs/PAs)
• Collaboration with Structural Heart, Electrophysiology, Rehab, Palliative Care, Dietetics, Social Work
• Lead quality initiatives: readmission reduction, GDMT optimization, clinical pathways, quality metrics
• Engage referral networks across general cardiologists, PCPs, and hospitalists
