Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work history in healthcare/technical field.
• Bachelor’s in Speech and Hearing Sciences/Communication Disorders ideal.

• Provide patient journey experience through counseling and instruction.
• Learn to conduct patient diagnostics and hearing evaluations.
• Train with licensed specialists on fittings, repairs, and telecare services.
• Support remote patient services via TeleHear tools (TEAMS, VSEE, GoTo Meeting).
• Attend training and practicum hours, including possible travel to other locations.
