Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred, especially in a medical setting.
• Experience with medical clinics and handling payments is beneficial.

• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out.
• Provide basic clinical support for hearing instruments and app pairing.
• Coordinate schedules with the provider and manage care coordination.
